I had it dry-cleaned but it still has a couple of marks on the skirt. Material is possibly silk faille, but I am not an expert on fabrics. It has a corded belt that can be tied in the front or back, and small shoulder pads.
Water color pattern in blue, black, brown and deep copper. Bodice is bedazzled in iridescent sequins and beading. Waist has a small bow on the side. Back zipper for closure. Matching jacket with a round collar.
This is a silk faille jacket with black ribbon trim on the sleeves and collar, and beaded faux buttons on each side of hook and eyes down the front. There are a few pinholes and a couple of small ‘divits’ as well but the jacket, except for the hem issue, is fully wearable and sound.

1950’s Caryle Black Circle Dress with the most embellished bodice I have seen. Has oval cutouts that are surrounded by black tiny seedbeads around the shoulder, straight across the back and them down the front that ends in a V below the waist, with an attached bow that has small balls of black seedbeads on the bottom.

Fabric silk and faille of silk. A lot of antique textiles are so robust and wonderfully easy to wash and maintain. The fibres of these exceptional fabrics were grown without any use of chemical, these textiles are organic.

Tapered fit. 20″ pit to pit, 31″ length. Most flaws pictured but not all. Vintage Triple LLL Brand western pearl snap shirt showcases a beautiful muted floral and butterfly print in shades of grey, peach, and cream.
