It is short sleeve. The photos make it look more blue, but it is a very teal green.. green. There are five buttons and the only flaw that I’ve noted is one button missing on the bottom. The button on the collar could easily replace that button or a clear button can be put there.

Since the top and skirt are attached, the skirt is open near the top of the backside (pictured) the white top goes down longer and covers it. I believe it was manufactured that way although it looks like it was slightly ripped further down. White top still covers it complete.
