Adorable 1950s – early 60s dropped-waist cotton frock. The print is tiny rosebuds with very faint white circles in the background. Check out the close up of the bow to best see the fabric. Also, I added a little booty to my dress form (because sadly, it doesn’t have one), so the amount of skirt flounce kind of depends on the body shape underneath.
