I believe it is a handmade piece but not sure. Doesn’t look like old fabric so I think it’s more contemporary. Not super heavy but not lightweight either. 21” across the bottom jacket opening. 22 1/2” arm length from top of shoulder seam to bottom cuff or 27” from base of mandarin collar to cuff.
