This beautiful 1970’s dress is one of my absolute favorites from my personal collection. The empire waistline could be styled as a Regency/Bridgerton look! Length from Neckline to Floor: 48″. Across Shoulder Back (At top of zipper): 13.5″.
It has an empire waist & mid length bell sleeves. The fabric is 100% cotton w/ a bit of a bark cloth feel to it & it was made in Hawaii. It’s possible there are other small holes, stains or snags that were missed.
The leotard is made of nylon/spandex with sequins, in a vibrant fire engine red color. It features a glam and bombshell look, typical of 1980s style. This original piece from the United States is perfect for those interested in retro fashion and adds a touch of glam rock to any wardrobe.

Antique silk mourning capelet from an estate collection in CT. No size but this is shown on a size 6 dress form. My guess is this is a small size. Lots of hand stitching. No major wear to the silk, or shattering.
